BSNL, in a press conference today, announced 3 new tablets in a collaboration with an Indian company Teracom. These 3 tablets have been priced in the range of Rs. 4000 – Rs. 11000 . BSNL is also offering free 2G and 3G data with the device.
This is the second time BSNL has launched tablets. Before BSNL had tied up with Pantel and launched a few other Entry level tablets. See : BSNL Penta WS802C . This time too, BSNL is targeting the middle class section with powerful entry level tablets. Below are the specifications and prices of all 3 tablets BSNL launched today.
Lofty TZ 100 :

This power packed device is priced the highest in these tablets. The initial Launch price is Rs . 10990 with 2GB free BSNL 3G data available for 60 days.
Lofty TZ 200 :

- No rear Camera. Front Camera 0.3 MP
- 512 MB RAM
- 2 GB internal storage
- USB
- WiFi, Bluetooth
This device is priced at Rs. 6499. As TZ 100, this device also comes with pre-bundled 2GB data usable for 60 days.
Lofty TZ 300:

- No rear Camera. Front Camera 0.3 MP

- 4 GB internal Storage
- USB support
- WiFi
This is priced at Rs. 3499. This is a pretty good deal getting a decent device at low price. There has not been any review till now about these devices and their performance, so lets wait and see what users have to say about it.
